Our employees’ health and safety, our customers, and their communities and partners remain our top priority. Given how rapidly the COVID-19 pandemic is evolving, SmartLTC feels it is in the best interest of our employees, families, and customers to take a proactive and responsible position to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 in our communities.

As such, as of Monday, 23 March, all qualified office-based workers will be worked remotely. We have also imposed limits on non-essential travel to prevent undue risks for both parties. We closely track reports from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and national and local public health agencies. We will reassess and update our policies as needed. Our spirits remain with those affected by COVID-19.
